Custom Order FAQs

Timelines depend on the complexity of your request and fabric availability. Most custom outfits take 5–14 working days. Very urgent requests may attract an express fee and are handled case by case.

Yes. Once we agree on a design and quote, we require at least a 60–70% deposit before we begin production. The balance is paid when your order is ready for delivery or pick up.

Minor adjustments are usually possible within a short period after delivery, especially for items delivered within Accra. We’ll confirm what’s covered when we share your quote and terms.
